Hey moms in private practice!

Ready to shift from surviving to thriving when it comes to your business?

Money Mindset Limiting Beliefs

Let's face it, most of us therapists didn't go to business school. We went into this field to help others, but along the way we started to feel undervalued, underpaid, and burned out. I'm here to help you start letting go of your money mindset blocks that are sabotaging your private practice. Understanding where your money mindset comes from allows you to start creating new beliefs around money.

Overcoming Common Money Fears

Most therapists have deep fears that block them from going completely private pay or raising their rates. Unless we look our fears directly in their face, we don't make the changes we need to have a successful, thriving practice practice. Common money fears include "What if clients won't pay me that rate?" and "What if I'm viewed by others as greedy?", which we tackle in this course!

Understanding Your "Why"

Understanding your motivation for doing this money mindset work is key to building a successful private pay practice. Whether it's because you've "earned it" or because you "want to pay off student loans and put money away for kids college" your reasons are valid! If you don't understand your motivation, it's very easy to slip back into letting your boundaries around money go!

I'm Ready!

Ā Hey There,Ā  I'm Lindsay!

Back in 2018, I was completely burned out from my 9-5 jobs where I felt underpaid, undervalued, and unseen. In a bid to reclaim my life, I started taking therapist contract work while building a private practice on the side, never expecting it to become my full-time career.

Fast forward to early 2021, everything changed. Motivated by inspiring podcasts and a newfound focus on personal and business growth, I realized I could prioritize myself. I raised my rates, invested in business coaching, and refined my target market and ideal client. By restructuring my schedule and limiting my caseload, I found a work-life balance I had only dreamed of.

Eventually, I took the leap and made my private practice my sole focus. Despite the fear and uncertainty, clients continued to come, my waitlist grew, and my confidence soared. Today, I run a successful private practice that supports my family, allows me to work from home, and provides the flexibility and income I always wanted.

Iā€™m here to help you build a thriving private practice that works for you and your family too!

Hugs, Lindsay
